I love that there is so much discussion lately of food, nutrition, reexamining farming methods and monocultural agribusiness in general.
Here is the latest— Food Matters by Mark Bittman, aimed at the larger share of the population who is interested in eating better and concerned about sustainability, while not quite ready or willing to move to Montana or some other remote local to pursue a hardcore off-the-grid lifestyle.
