We just learned that the Mormons are holding an urgent Prop 8 Press Conference in the main ballroom of the Doubletree Hotel at noon.

We MUST be there in front of the hotel to greet them peacefully and get our own press coverage, and counter their "Yes on 8" supporters!

We will walk up Pier Ave. and hopefully get to PCH. Bring signs, buttons, shirts, etc.

We want this to be a peaceful protest, so please help us by not acting out.

We will achieve a lot more if we are peaceful.

Where Was Our Church? Inland Empire GLBT Catholics, Christians and all opponents of Proposition 8: Join us for a peaceful candlelight vigil and protest towards the Catholic Diocese of San Bernardino and Her Pastoral Leadership!
Please bring protest banners and a candle for the vigil! And most of all bring questions which need answered by our church!

Prop 8 Protest at The San Francisco Chronicle - San Francisco, Friday 11/14 6pm

We will be arranging speakers who will talk about proposition 8, and also about why we aren't getting accurate coverage. We need to continue to protest proposition 8! The turn-out last Friday was phenomenal and we thank everyone who came out. I called Supervisor Bevan Dufty's office today and was told that they calculate that our march had over 20,000 people! That's amazing. But the San Francisco Chronicle continues to report that we only had 1,000. Our next protest against proposition 8 will be AT the San Francisco Chronicle building.
