A moment of quiet

Buddha head among the roots of a bodhi tree, Wat Phra Mahathat temple complex, Thailand

It's been an extremely hectic few weeks.... I'm taking a few moments to take a deep breath and meditate.... a much needed moment of quiet.

Here is an inspiring interview in The SUN magazine with the Buddhist spiritual teacher Adyashanti.

"Once you see reality, once you know it, you know the whole of it. In that sense, there’s no deepening. But, at the same time, reality is like a bud that keeps opening. The petals keep revealing themselves. It’s not as if that bud becomes something that it wasn’t before. It just keeps showing its potential."
